混凝土配料机二种配料方式是什么?经过我们的技术人员总结出混凝土配料机按配料操控方式分为:皮带式、气缸式。

    1、皮带配料式:其结构多为上部是原料储料斗,下部为计量斗,底部为卸料输送皮带,储料斗用于储存待配原料,储料斗底口下方正对配料输送皮带。其原理:配料开始,皮带机启动带出储料斗中原料至设定值时皮带停止,然后在控制仪表控制下,依次配置下几种物料,至所有物料配置完毕,仪表控制启动卸料皮带将物料送入下一环节(如搅拌机提升斗或输送皮带机等)皮带配料式多用于中小型施工现场,因其物料基数较小,为进一步提高配料精度、减小误差值但又不影响配送效率,可采用低速配料、快速卸料方式。使用此类配料机的用户为降低采购成本,多希望借用配料机的计量斗来同时计量散装水泥,通过水泥螺旋输送机将水泥仓中的水泥打入配料机计量斗,一般不主张此用法,因为水泥流动性好,会造成计量斗口与输送皮带间隙有少量水泥溢出,而造成现场粉尘污染或水泥损失,如非要使用此方式则必须采用槽型皮带托辊,且斗口边加设软薄挡边,方能控制水泥外溢。    1.Beltbatchingtype:itsstructureismostlytheupperpartistherawmaterialstoragehopper,thelowerpartisthemeteringhopper,andthebottomisthedischargeconveyorbelt.Thestoragehopperisusedtostoretherawmaterialstobematched,andthebottomofthestoragehopperisfacingthebatchingconveyorbelt.Itsprinciple:whenthebatchingstarts,thebeltconveyorstartstotaketherawmaterialsoutofthestoragehoppertothesetvalue,thebeltstops,andthenunderthecontrolofthecontrolinstrument,severalkindsofmaterialsareconfiguredinturn.Afterallthematerialsareconfigured,theinstrumentcontrolstostarttheunloadingbelttosendthematerialstothenextlink(suchasthemixerbucketorconveyorbeltconveyor,etc.).Thebeltbatchingtypeismostlyusedinsmallandmedium-sizedconstructionsitesThematerialbaseissmall.Inordertofurtherimprovethebatchingaccuracyandreducetheerrorwithoutaffectingthedistributionefficiency,low-speedbatchingandfastunloadingcanbeadopted.Inordertoreducethepurchasecost,usersofthiskindofbatchingmachineoftenhopetousethemeteringbucketofbatchingmachinetomeasurebulkcementatthesametime,anddrivethecementinthecementbinintothemeteringbucketofbatchingmachinethroughcementscrewconveyor.Generally,thisusageisnotadvocated,becausethegoodfluidityofcementwillcauseasmallamountofcementoverflowbetweenthemeteringbucketmouthandtheconveyorbelt,resultingindustpollutionordustpollutiononsiteForcementloss,ifitisnotnecessarytousethismethod,itisnecessarytousegroovedbeltidler,andsetsoftthinribatthebucketmouthtocontrolcementoverflow.
