搅拌筒和支撑其辅助件构成搅拌装置。搅拌筒是小型混凝土搅拌车比较重要的工作部件,绝大部分采用梨形结构。整个搅拌筒的壳体是一个变截面不对称的双锥体,外形似梨。中部直径较大,两端对接一对不等长的截头圆锥,前段锥体较短,端面与一封头焊接在一起;后段锥体较长,端部开口。

A feeding cone is welded along the inner edge of the two spiral blades at the opening of the mixing drum. It divides the cylinder mouth into two parts in the form of concentric circles, and the central part is the feeding port, so the concrete is put into the mixing drum; the annular space formed by the feeding cone and the cylinder wall is the discharge port. When discharging, the concrete flows out under the thrust of the reverse spiral movement of the blade.
