Sand and gravel are the main components of concrete. They make the concrete storage tank and the inlet and outlet wear seriously. In general, the service life of concrete storage tank made of low alloy steel is 50000-80000 M. The service life of spiral blade in concrete storage tank is only 30000-40000 M.. Domestic concrete tanks are generally made of high strength low alloy steel, which is 1-2 times more wear-resistant than ordinary A3 steel. Some imported concrete tanks are made of manganese boron special wear-resistant steel and reinforced with wear-resistant materials in the easily worn parts, so their service life can be twice as long as that made of low alloy steel. It can be seen that different materials have different working life.

Concrete mixer is a kind of special heavy-duty vehicle, with less ownership and less source of accessories. Compared with general motors, it is more dependent on the manufacturer's after-sales service. Therefore, whether the manufacturer can provide convenient and reliable after-sales service is an important factor that must be considered in the selection
Key point 6: reasonable price
On the premise of meeting the above requirements, the price factor will be considered. The concrete mixer truck with 6-7m rear double axle chassis has a high performance price ratio, the semi-trailer with 10-12m loading capacity takes the second place, and the 8-10m8 × 4 chassis has a low performance price ratio. Therefore, 6-7m concrete mixer is generally selected. In addition, in order to meet the needs of individual large projects, a small number of 10-12m semitrailers can be appropriately equipped.
