The truck is in excellent condition. It only needs to maintain the routine maintenance, and there will be no problem at all. However, some of the quality of the concrete mixer trucks is not very good, and the peak period can only be about one year. Therefore, there will be no major quality problems in the first year of operation of the new car. However, if the concrete mixer has been used for more than two years, it is necessary to gradually change some of the most easily worn parts.
2-4 years of Microsoft period, in this stage, the concrete mixer has initially entered the Microsoft period. No longer as fierce as before. During this period, the concrete mixer needs to change some parts to supplement energy. At first, we need to replace the brake leather. The brake skin is the first defense for safe driving. According to experience, the brake skin will be worn in about two years. At this time, the fuel pump should be cleaned or replaced. 1. New car maintenance, also known as test run maintenance. New cars or overhauled cars need to be put into trial operation. After the trial operation, it is necessary to protect and maintain the cars. The main contents are: clean the smooth system; replace the smooth oil; tighten the cylinder head nuts from the beginning according to the regular torque; check and adjust the driving belt, operation organization, valve clearance and fastening condition of the connecting parts.
2. Shift maintenance, also known as daily maintenance. Vehicles shall be cleaned and inspected after each shift (day) operation. When the lack of smooth oil and cooling water is found, it should be increased from the beginning.
3. Regular maintenance, also known as regular maintenance period. That is, skill maintenance. There are two levels for small tractors, three levels for cars and four levels for large and medium tractors. Each level of maintenance has a maintenance content and determined maintenance cycle, and the manipulator shall complete it on time and carefully.
4. Seasonal maintenance, which is a temporary seasonal maintenance before winter or summer. The intention is to make the working habits of vehicles deal with the changing needs.
