自上料混凝土搅拌罐车泵车不能泵送是怎么回事?

小型自上料混凝土搅拌罐车的操作人员需经培训后方可上岗操作。所泵送的混凝土应满足混凝土泵车的可泵性要求。混凝土泵车泵送作业要害可参照混凝土泵的运用。泵送间断5min以上时,必须将结束软管内的混凝土排出。否则因为结束软管内的混凝土脱水,再次泵送作业时混凝土就会激烈的喷出,向四处喷溅,那样结束软管很容易受损。为了改动臂架或混凝土泵车的方位而需要折叠、扩展或回收布料杆时,要先反泵1~2次后再动作,这么可放置在动作时输送管道内的混凝土落下或喷溅。

分析泵送电磁阀来电正常,就可以说明行驶、泵送方位查看应当正常,但是从头查看:I2.5点亮,分动箱方位查看靠近开关点亮,汽车行驶、泵送动作随驾驶室操作动作正常,说明行驶、泵送控制电路无缺点。发动机升速正常,而系统无压力,方位查看又无缺点,因此断定缺点为分动箱内部拨叉出现问题。正、反泵观察压力表,压力为0,系统无压力。查看DT1电磁阀来电正常,后手动顶其阀芯,缺点照常。
