Due to some unexpected situations in the use of Zhongke Jufeng self feeding mixer, if this happens, how to clean the remaining materials in the tank?

　　1. 关掉控制室的电源开关，并挂上“请勿关闭”的警告牌。

　　2. 通知装载机发生碰撞，并将装载机斗与主机出料口对准，收料。

　　3.打开仓库大门，工人穿戴防护装备进入主机，用铲子、风炮等工具清理未完成的混凝土。

　　4. 打开卸料门，取出可拆下的未完成的混合混凝土。

　　5. 罐内混凝土清理干净后，工作人员检查主机叶片是否损坏，直工作人员确认主机底板及叶片状态良好。工作人员离开主机后，关闭主机筒仓门。

　　如果在使用全自动自上料搅拌车的过程中出现问题，无法操作时应及时将搅拌机内的混凝土取出。如果混凝土在罐内凝结，会对车辆造成腐蚀。
