在自动上料搅拌车作业时脚跟紧抵驾驶室地板,脚板和油门踏板保持平行,轻缓地下压加油踏板。

六严禁:

是严禁轮胎打滑。自动上料搅拌车作业时,遇阻力而猛加油门往往会出现轮胎打滑的现象。这种现象通常是由于驾驶员操作不当造成的,既增加了油耗又损伤了轮胎。
First of all, it is forbidden to slip the tires. During the operation of the automatic feeding mixer, when encountering resistance, the fuel valve will often slip. This phenomenon is usually caused by the driver's improper operation, which increases fuel consumption and damages the tire.
其次是严禁后轮翘起。由于自动上料搅拌车的掘起力大,驾驶员通常在铲挖坚实的原土和石料山等作业过程中,如果操作不当就容易出现两后轮翘起离地现象。这种翘起动作的落地惯性,会造成铲斗的刃板断裂、铲斗变形;后轮翘起很高时还容易引起前后机架等结构的焊接处开裂,甚板材断裂等。
