If the hydraulic oil works normally, a certain temperature is a good thing, but if the temperature range is too large, it will not only make the whole working system unstable, but also damage the oil seal, aggravating the oxidation and deterioration of the hydraulic oil.

By detecting the negative pressure of the pipeline, the mechanical pointer proves that the hydraulic oil filter may be blocked. If there is a reading, at first only the rubber plug with zero pointer needs to be deleted. If there is still a reading and the rubber plug still cannot be solved, the hydraulic oil filter needs to be replaced.
The fan driven by the motor takes away the heat of the hydraulic oil
The motor is the most important part of the whole cooling system. The cooling effect is directly related to the speed and running state of the motor. It is powered directly by an electric box connected to the car battery, which drives a motor to run at high speed, takes heat away from the heat exchanger and cools the hydraulic fluid.

A sensor is installed on the water inlet pipe of the heat exchanger to detect the temperature of the hydraulic oil entering the heat exchanger.
The control box is the brain that controls the hydraulic oil not to be heated
The control box is the brain of the whole cooling system, similar to the ECU of the vehicle. Analyze the data transmitted by the temperature sensor. After the temperature value is exceeded, connect the cooling motor circuit, and run the motor to take away the temperature in the hydraulic oil. It has a safety cover on the top to protect the whole circuit, so that the control box is not easy to damage.
