减水剂是一种在维持混凝土坍落度不变的条件下，能减少拌合用水量的混凝土外加剂，随车携带，能对混凝土进行很好的调节。不过在加入减水剂的时候，一定要记得有商砼站化验室的人在场，否则混凝土质量强度不够，后果会很严重。

二、回站检查储水罐内的水量

每次出车卸完料回到站内的时候，检查储水罐内的水量，更好让水罐中的水随时处于满罐的状态，以备不时之需。

三、离站前检查混凝土质量

可能会因为原料的不同，每一车混凝土质量都会有变化。在装好混凝土离场时，一定要检查罐内混凝土的塌落度以及和易度，小心混凝土的提前凝结和混凝土离析沉淀。

四、尽量减少车辆行驶的时间

混凝土运输距离一般在半径20范围以内，出车之前规划好行车路线以及车辆性能情况，尽量减少车辆在路上的行驶时间。

五、特殊情况为了减少损失先卸料

如果遇人为或不可抗因素，导致长时间无法卸料的情况，应随时查看罐内混凝土情况，一旦发现混凝土开始凝结。应立刻进行卸料，以防整个罐体凝罐报废。

If it is impossible to unload for a long time due to man-made or irresistible factors, check the concrete condition in the tank at any time. Once it is found that the concrete begins to set. Unloading should be carried out immediately to prevent the whole tank from being scrapped.
