根据相关法规要求，混凝土搅拌车在装载混凝土时的时速不得大于50km/h，且从装料完成到卸料结束的时间不得大于1.5h。由此可以得出，混凝土搅拌运输车的作业半径不得大于70km。根据各搅拌站的工程量大小，需要配置相应数量的混凝土搅拌运输车。
