清洗混凝土贮罐(搅拌筒)及进出料口

由于混凝土会在短时间内凝固成硬块,且对钢材和油漆有一定的腐蚀性,所以每次使用混凝土贮罐后,洗净粘附在混凝土贮罐及进出料口上的混凝土是每日维护必须认真进行的工作。其中包括:

驱动装置的作用是驱动混凝土贮罐转动,它由取力器、万向轴、液压泵、液压马达、操纵阀、液压油箱及冷却装置组成。如果这部分因故障停止工作,混凝土贮罐将不能转动,这会导致车内混凝土报废,严重的甚至使整罐混凝土凝结在罐内,造成混凝土搅拌运输车报废。因此,驱动装置是否可靠是使用中必须高度重视的问题。
