When checking or adding engine oil, the driver should increase according to the scale on the oil scale. The oil level should not exceed the upper limit of the scale, and the low level should not be lower than the lower limit of the scale. Generally, it is more appropriate to increase the oil level of the concrete mixer truck to the position above the center of the two scales.
Misunderstanding 2: tire pressure should be higher than low
Some drivers like to inflate their tires at a high pressure, believing that this can not only overload but also save fuel, which is not correct. If the tire pressure of concrete mixer is too high, the tire ground will be reduced, the tread wear will be aggravated, and the braking effect will be reduced when braking, which will affect the driving of concrete mixer. Too low tire pressure is not good, too low pressure will not only affect the driving and braking effect of concrete mixer, but also accelerate the wear of tire shoulder and increase the fuel consumption of concrete mixer. When using the air pump to inflate, the driver should inflate according to the manufacturer's regulations. The tire pressure label is usually located on the body or the fuel tank cover.
Mistake 3: wheel screws should be tight rather than loose
According to the diameter, pitch and use, the tightening torque of the bolts in each part of the concrete mixer has corresponding rules. If the torque is not up to the standard, the bolt will be loose, and the bolt beyond the tightening torque will be elongated. Before fastening all parts, it is necessary to grasp the tightening torque of each bolt, such as wheel bolt. Generally, the tightening torque of tire bolt of domestic concrete mixer truck is between 100-130n · M.
Error 4: the accessory belt should be tight rather than loose
Some drivers think that the belt tension of the forward accessory can advance the refrigeration effect of the compressor and the power generation capacity of the generator, so they keep on pushing forward the belt tightness, but they don't know that this practice is wrong. The belt of accessories should adhere to the appropriate degree of tension. Because the belt is too tight, the bearing load will be too large, the service life of the parts will be shortened, and the belt will crack, which will affect the normal operation of the concrete mixer truck.
